There are books I adore. I will read these books over and over again for my whole life. I know The Maytrees is one of them.

I want to express deep, profound, moving things about these books. They are all deep, profound, and moving.

But I can't. I'm not equipped to convey these traits. I'm too sharp at the edges, too blunt with my thoughts and language.


I read and see that yes this how people can be should be are.

I write and can't figure out what I was trying to express.
