TV

I can see two ways you can go with TV (and maybe art). The first way is the way that sees the most success. It is by populated your fictional world with avatars. People whose actions and comments are like normal people's but moreso. This is mainly the realm of sitcom in which every character trait, every line of dialogue is exaggerated for effect. We like avatars. They're easy to relate to (like Greek gods). The other way is to attack the problem with realism and discernment. You don't exaggerate a thing; you only pull out the parts that best show us who we are and who we can be. You ignore the drudge and boredom and reveal what is best.
